Google launches rival to Second Life?

Now, being honest, I never really got on with Second Life – I seemed to find myself flying aimlessly all over the place and not actually getting anywhere, and in the end I felt a bit queasy.

I seem to recall I once attended a ‘virtual’ Ecademy meeting in Second Life too – I’ll say nothing about how queasy that made me feel ;)

However, it caught on and people loved it – people are doing business on there and selling virtual and real things, and all power to ‘em I say!

Tip #292 – Short hand

SEO involves a lot of repetitive typing, especially when it comes to using different META keyword tags on each page, and inputting the same info into directory after directory.

I use Shortkeys  www.shortkeys.com, a shorthand program that takes the hard work out for the job.

In their words:

ShortKeys is a utility that allows you to set up replacement text or paragraphs for any given number of user defined keystrokes. ShortKeys monitors the keyboard activity on a global nature and anytime a user defined keystroke combination is typed in, it will be replaced with the replacement text.
