Don’t get everyone to link to you with the same anchor text, and don’t use the same anchor text in all of your links.
Vary the text to give you more of a chance with different search phrases.
This also ensures that Google doesn’t see the exact same anchor text for you everywhere and mistakenly presume you’ve been on some automated spree.

I fully agree with this tip. A lot of people get blinded by the speed by just reusing the same info everywhere. If people contact me, I pay a lot more attention if they specifically relate to or say something about who they are, what they are looking for or are interested in to give me a clue what’s going on. I do also personally get back to everybody providing me enough reasons and info.
