    I’m sorry to hear that you are finding Tradespace slow. We are aware of the performance issues, which are largely due to high load.

    We’re working on this as our #1 priority, and we should see some improvements with the next few weeks.

    Thanks Alex, as you know I was a massive supporter of BT Tradespace in the beginning - hopefully we’ll see it back up to full speed soon.

    Hi Nikki,

    I just wanted to echo Alex’s comments and provide additional reassurance that the issues you have outlined are indeed being worked on with the highest possible priority.

    As the Chief Architect for BT Tradespace V2.0 I can guarantee you that I am spending up to 90% of my time designing the software for performance and scalability.

    That being said, a lot of work is also in progress and in parallel to improve what’s there now (V1.0); our development and operations team is working on this as I speak.

    I hope to see you back on BT Tradespace soon.
